The transaction is immediately tied to the source documentation (a purchase order, for example), simultaneously transmitted and store in our document management system and the transaction is booked into the accounting system with overnight turnaround. The underlying document cannot be altered, accessed anonymously or reproduced without permission. Payments cannot be processed without appropriate approvals and key data can be exchanged and shared between key IT systems such as document management and accounting.

The EyStar® Station provides companies with the ability to manage all financial transactions and documents in a manner that is completely secure and auditable, further reducing professional accounting fees. Finally, the EyStar® Station includes a comprehensive document retention module that schedules documents for retention or destruction as soon as they are created, further eliminating costs for warehousing and periodic stripping and destruction of files.
