Financial Accounting + RFID Document Tracking BPO

Eystar Station's Web-Based integrated financial accounting and RFID, Bluetooth and GPS (collectively "wireless tracking") Document Tracking BPO system enables our customers to track and manage electronic and hard copy documents and files securely and effectively.

Our innovative system is especially beneficial in those environments where documents are of high value to the organization and the temporary or permanent loss of documents would have a significant negative impact.

Our system comprises of Intacct's financial accounting suite seamlessly integrated with SDGL's wireless tracking Document Tracking solution.

The basic idea of using wireless tracking to track documents is a simple one:

Each document is tagged with an wireless tracking tag in the form of adhesive label
Staff may also be issued wireless tracking cards as identification for checking documents in and out
Wireless tracking readers at entry points of filing rooms are used by staff to check documents in and out

Handheld wireless tracking readers are used to:

perform rapid inventory checks

hunt for missing documents by waving the reader over shelves, filing cabinets or piles of documents
A Web-Based reporting tool allows users to query document status, location and history

A unique feature of our efficient document tracking and management system is its ability to provide a consolidated overview of all items stated in the warehouse and consolidation of all warehouses. Centralized document management helps to organize all documents in any business either project or customer related.


Other Features:

Document sharing enables our customers to upload and download documents from a centralized server. Document sharing helps users to collaborate within an organization in tracking modification status on a document.
Document tracking enables our customers to track hard copies of documents such as files and books through the use of SDGL's leading edge wireless document tracking technology. Each document can be tracked to the owner, borrower, time of destruction, etc.
